4.      THE COMMITTEE

4.1    The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") which may exercise all the powers of the Association and do, on behalf of the Association, all such things as are not, by this Constitution, required to be done by the Association in general meeting, subject nevertheless to any resolution of the Association in general meeting.  The Committee may delegate any of its powers to a Sub-Committee (as provided hereunder).

4.2    The Members shall elect two Members to serve respectively as Chairman and Secretary of the Association.  Elections shall take place in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 4.5 hereof.

4.6    Elected Year Representatives shall be allowed to remain on the Committee if they so choose, without completing a nomination form, unless the position is contested, for a period not exceeding three consecutive years and Clause 4.3 would still apply.  The Chairman and Secretary can serve on the Committee for a maximum of four years, with one year at least serving as a Year Representative
